AfroSynergy needs a Content & Growth Marketer to tell our story, drive organic traffic, and build community around African cross-border trade. You'll own our content strategy, SEO, and growth channels. What you'll do: - Create and execute a content strategy: blog posts, case studies, market reports, social media - Drive organic growth through SEO optimization across our marketing pages - Write compelling copy for landing pages, email campaigns, and product announcements - Build and nurture our community on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and WhatsApp groups - Create video scripts and visual content for social media and YouTube - Manage email marketing: newsletters, onboarding sequences, deal alerts - Track content performance metrics and optimize based on data - Collaborate with business development on co-marketing with partners
- 3+ years in content marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing - Excellent writing skills — clear, compelling, and SEO-aware - Experience with B2B or fintech content marketing - Understanding of SEO tools and techniques (Ahrefs, Search Console, etc.) - Experience with email marketing platforms (Resend, Mailchimp, or similar) - Comfort with social media management and community building - Bonus: knowledge of African trade, business, or investment landscape - Bonus: video production or podcast experience - Bonus: experience marketing to the African diaspora
