This agricultural offtake opportunity structures a direct supply agreement between a verified Kenyan smallholder cooperative or medium-scale farm (GlobalG.A.P. certified, minimum 15 hectares under cultivation, AHL airport cold chain access, minimum 2 seasons export history) and a UK supermarket category buyer, food service distributor, or specialist fresh produce importer for year-round supply of premium vegetables and herbs. Annual contract value £500K-£2M for specific variety allocations. The ideal UK buyer has existing Kenya produce lines, category buyer authority for premium or specialty vegetables, and supply development budget for new variety introductions. The Kenyan cooperative must demonstrate GlobalG.A.P. certification, consistent quality documentation, KEPHIS phytosanitary compliance, and the ability to supply minimum 10 MT per week of contracted varieties.
