Pan-African Leadership Development Programme – Corporate Training

Requirement

A Pan-African financial services group seeks training providers to design and deliver an executive leadership development programme for 150 high-potential managers across 8 African countries. Total programme budget is $275,000 over 18 months. The programme targets middle managers identified for senior leadership succession, covering leadership competencies, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and change management. Delivery format combines in-person workshops (3 residential modules), virtual learning sessions, executive coaching, and action learning projects. We seek business schools, corporate training providers, and leadership development consultancies with African delivery capability. Ideal partners have designed similar programmes for financial services organizations and can deliver across Anglophone and Francophone Africa. Local facilitation capacity is essential. The engagement includes programme design ($50,000), three residential modules delivered in Nairobi, Lagos, and Johannesburg ($120,000), virtual learning platform and content ($40,000), executive coaching for 30 participants ($45,000), and programme management ($20,000). The client is a top-10 African bank by assets with aggressive regional expansion plans. This programme supports talent pipeline development for country CEO and functional head succession. Selection criteria emphasize African contextual expertise, not generic global content adapted for Africa.
