Logistics infrastructure includes bonded cold storage at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, dedicated reefer truck fleet in Nigeria, preferred carrier relationships with airlines operating daily Lagos-London service, and UK distribution center with pharmaceutical wholesale dealer license. Contract terms include volume-based pricing with guaranteed capacity allocation, real-time temperature tracking and alert systems, regulatory compliance documentation (GDP, NAFDAC, MHRA), and insurance coverage for temperature-sensitive cargo.
